Booking:
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by We Share Cab.
- Customers must provide accurate information at the time of booking, including the number of passengers, pick-up/drop-off locations, and any special requirements.
- The type of vehicle provided for your service will be chosen by the enterprise based on cab availability. While we strive to accommodate your preference for a specific vehicle, we cannot guarantee its availability or promise that it will be available.
- Bookings can be made through our website or direct booking at our counter in MG Road, Police Bazar near Ward’s Lake Opp. SBI Main Branch Parking Lot.
- Confirmation of booking is subject to receipt of advance payment.
- We are not liable for any delays in reaching your desired location due to adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion, road closures, or any other circumstances.
- We recommend planning for an early departure to ensure timely arrival.
- Consumption of intoxicating substances such as alcohol or smoking inside the cab is strictly prohibited. Violators will face strict penalties and possible legal action.
Payment
- Advance payment is required for confirmation of cab booking/service.
- We accept payment via cash, online bank transfer or through payment gateway such as Google Pay, Phone Pe or you can scan the given QR Code in the account details mentioned below.
- In case of cash payment, it should be made at our counter to the authorized representative of We Share Cab and a receipt will be provided.
- Cheque payments are not accepted.
Balance Payment:
- Any balance payment must be settled before the commencement of the tour.
- Failure to make the balance payment may result in the cancellation of the booking without refund.

Extra Usage of Vehicle:
- Any extra usage of the vehicle beyond the agreed-upon itinerary will be charged as per the applicable rates.
- Extra usage charges will be communicated to the customer and must be paid before the completion of the tour.
- We Share Cab reserves the right to refuse extra usage requests if it interferes with prior commitments or violates local regulations.
Baggage:
- Customers are responsible for their baggage and personal belongings throughout the tour.
- We Share Cab will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of baggage or personal belongings during the tour.
- Customers are advised to securely store their baggage in the designated luggage area of the vehicle and ensure it is properly locked and tagged.
Alteration of Itineraries:
We Share Cab reserves the right to alter or modify any of its cab booking/service in the events of circumstances beyond its control.
Cancellation of booking by We Share Cab:
- We Share Cab reserves the right to cancel or modify the cab booking/service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as war, civil or political unrest or what is usually beyond our control.
- If we cancel your cab booking/service, we will refund all payments made to us but we shall not be liable to refund you for incidental expenses that you may have incurred like bank charge or any other expenses.
Modification of Terms & Condition:
- We Share Cab reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is imperative that you review the Terms and Conditions before making any booking to stay informed of any updates.
By booking a cab service with We Share Cab, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of the booking without refund.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please send us an intimation in written. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds for cancelled bookings will be issued after deducting the applicable cancellation fees through the initial payment method, though processing times may differ.
Cancellation of Booking by Clients:
- If clients wish to cancel their booking, they must notify We Share Cab in writing through Email/WhatsApp/SMS.
- Cancellation charges may apply based on the following timeline:
- The cancellation fee will be deducted from the total booking amount, and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the client.

- Any applicable cancellation fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- We Share Cab is not liable for any additional expenses incurred by clients due to the cancellation of the booking.
